The location is fantastic! It's super close to the metro and shopping streets. The breakfast spread is excellent, with plenty of options. My room was spacious and comfortable, with nice touches like business supplies at the desk. The pool is a great bonus too 😊

Silent deluxe twin room with views. Bonus point for climate control, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV. Incredible and magnificent location - opposite a bus stop...

The location was unbeatable, for example, The Bund Famed Waterside Walkway was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The breakfast was free with enough Western options, all the food was good.

The real deal or a total steal?
Excellent location near attractions and metro with spacious rooms. The breakfast has a decent variety although it stays the same each day.
Service was disappointing with unhelpful staff and poor WiFi. Room cleaning was inadequate, and air conditioning issues.

The location great for Downtown Shanghai district, it is right by subway and Nanjing walking street as well as the most famous attractions. The rooms are silent and beautifully designed with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors: )

spacious rooms, large excellent bathrooms, fine interior
The reception area feels chaotic!!! Attempting to get assistance often results in poor customer service. A bit of extra training for the front desk would surely improve guest experiences!!!

The ultimate in luxury. Concierge very attentive to sort out tv remote problem immediately. Staff very friendly, very good English. Very helpful and taxis organized with ease.
Breakfast in the room: poached eggs were cold and undercooked.

Great location near shopping and the Bund! Spacious room. The hotel left a birthday cake for my partner-such a sweet touch. Only downside was the air conditioning wasn't great, but overall, we enjoyed our time here.

All the facilities and the service except reception staff. But the front of manager is really good.
The front office reception staff except front office Manager. And the taxi service is poor at that location.

The hotel is very beautiful and luxurious, which is great but needs some getting used to unless if you are accustomed to such luxury (got a great deal, so stayed above my usual level for a business trip). (Watch out to the 5 PM 'turning the bed' service, to make sure you put out the 'don't disturb' sign if you plan an afternoon nap.)
All facilities are top notch, but Internet service was very bad and disappointing. The link was not consistent and very spotty. I avoided using it for anything important since I didn’t want to risk it. Really bad point in comparison to the otherwise near perfect experience. The hotel neighborhood is very central and this is great for shopping and sightseeing. However, since it is so central, any walk outside after dark involved aggressive bothering by “girls” and pimps. Very disturbing experience.
